Information submitted voluntarily

Visitors may submit contact information, public business information, nominations, story ideas, event information, correction requests, and discovery requests. Do not submit confidential records, private personal information, or information you are not authorized to share.

Forms and providers

The current website includes form interfaces, but the forms do not transmit information until approved service providers are connected. Before collection begins, this policy will identify the information collected, its purpose, and the providers that process it.

Saved profiles

Saved directory profiles remain in browser storage on the current device. Browser storage may be cleared by the visitor, browser settings, private browsing, or storage restrictions.

Analytics

No analytics platform is configured in the launch package. Personal form content must remain excluded from future analytics.

Business and editorial information

Public business information may remain published when it is factually supportable and editorially relevant. Requests to correct or remove submitted personal contact information may be reviewed through the correction process.

Contact route

A public privacy contact will be displayed before any form begins collecting personal information. The website does not expose a private personal email address in its public source code.
