Current site functions

Women in Scottsdale publishes public editorial pages and a browser-based directory filter. The site does not currently provide a newsletter signup, account system, public submission form, checkout, comment system, or advertising display.

The directory filter uses the words and choices entered in the filter only inside the visitor's browser to show or hide directory cards. The site does not transmit those filter terms as a form submission.

Direct email contact

Contact links open the visitor's own email application and address a message to mj@1111brands.com. Information sent by email is processed by the sender's and recipient's email providers and may be retained as needed to respond, document a correction, protect the publication, or meet applicable obligations.

Do not send passwords, financial account information, medical records, government identification numbers, confidential records, private home addresses, or information you are not authorized to share.

Cloudflare hosting and Web Analytics

The site is hosted through Cloudflare and currently uses Cloudflare Web Analytics/Insights. Cloudflare injects a performance beacon that loads from static.cloudflareinsights.com and uses browser performance information to produce aggregate page-view and performance reports.

Cloudflare states that its Web Analytics product does not collect or use visitors' personal data and does not track individual users across its customers' websites. Women in Scottsdale does not send email content or directory filter text to Cloudflare Web Analytics. Cloudflare may separately process ordinary request and security information to provide hosting, delivery, abuse prevention, and related services under its own policies.

Google AdSense verification and future advertising

The homepage currently contains a Google AdSense account ownership-verification meta tag. That verification tag identifies the publisher account but does not itself display ads. The site does not currently load Google AdSense advertising JavaScript or display Google-served ads.

If Google AdSense or another advertising service is enabled in the future, this policy and any required consent or privacy controls must be reviewed for the live implementation. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, browser or device information, and similar technologies as a result of serving or measuring advertising on the site.

Google explains that third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this site or other sites, and that Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Visitors can manage personalized Google advertising through Google Ads Settings.

External links

Stories and directory entries link to City, museum, foundation, arts, tourism, library, and other external websites. Those organizations control their own websites, cookies, forms, ticketing systems, analytics, and privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information or purchasing tickets.

Children

The site is written for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. The site does not knowingly provide an account or form intended to collect personal information from children.

Policy changes

This policy may be updated when site functions, analytics, advertising, service providers, or legal requirements change. The updated date will be shown at the top of this page.
