Compare packages by exact view, shade, seating, food, credential access and re-entry terms. A premium credential is useful only when its specific location and inclusions solve the group's needs.
THE 16TH HOLE CAN CONSUME THE DAY
The par-3 16th at the Stadium Course is enclosed by a large stadium-style structure and is the event's best-known atmosphere. Attending the WM Phoenix Open and experiencing the 16th the way you imagine are not the same decision.
For a general-admission visitor, access depends on the current procedure, capacity and arrival conditions. A hospitality product can create a different credential path, but only its exact 2027 terms control. The tournament's current map and spectator page are the sources for access—not a prior-year social post.
Choose the Coliseum experience if the atmosphere itself is a primary goal. Choose a broader golf day if seeing different holes and following play matters more. Neither choice is more authentic; they are different uses of limited time.
BIRD'S NEST HAS ITS OWN TICKET AND CLOCK
The Coors Light Birds Nest runs February 10–13, 2027 and is listed as 21-and-over. Its gates open at 3 p.m.; headliners typically begin around 8:30 p.m. The current official page lists Riley Green with Ashley Cooke on Wednesday, Jason Aldean with Josh Ross on Thursday, Snoop Dogg with T-Pain on Friday, and John Summit with BUNT. on Saturday. The agenda remains subject to change.
A tournament credential is not a concert ticket. For a combined day, decide in advance when golf ends, where the group reconnects and which transport instruction governs the night. Someone whose primary interest is Sunday championship golf does not need to force a concert into the trip; the concert series ends Saturday.
WHAT TOURNAMENT WEEK MEANS FOR THE REST OF SCOTTSDALE
TPC Scottsdale is in North Scottsdale. Old Town is a separate central Scottsdale destination. Old Town can be a useful lodging base, dinner choice or post-tournament destination, but it is not the tournament district and should not be described as adjacent to the course.
A City of Scottsdale facility-usage study examined anonymized location data for the February 6–12, 2023 tournament period. It found that 41% of non-local tournament visitors went to a dining, hotel or leisure location afterward, compared with 14.1% of local visitors. That dated study supports expecting some post-event movement; it does not prove that every restaurant or hotel will be full in 2027.
- TPC ScottsdaleNorth Scottsdale. Tournament parking, shuttles, security and course access control this visit.
- Old TownCentral Scottsdale. A separate dining, culture and nightlife area that requires a real transfer from the course.
- WestWorldA separate North Scottsdale event venue with its own calendar; it is not part of the tournament grounds.
- Salt River FieldsEast of Old Town on the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community; another distinct event and baseball node.
Attendees should begin with the tournament's current parking or drop-off plan and keep any post-event destination directional toward the night's base. Non-attendees do not need to avoid the city, but a North Scottsdale appointment deserves a route check and an Old Town day should remain geographically compact.
